It is well known that the share of women in the teaching force is growing year on year. According to latest research the average share of female teachers across the globe around 93% of Pre-primary school teachers, 89 % of primary teachers, 63% of secondary school teachers and 51% of Tertiary educators are women. The role and the impact of women educators in shaping the society and the future is quite inevitable. As an educator, the Founders feel it is their prime responsibility to empower these Women Educators to prepare the world for a better tomorrow.

WEL is a ‘klatch’ for women educators

A space to share views, opinions, and ideas to take the essence of learning forward, through leadership training sessions, mentorship programs, and guidance. In other words, WEL hopes to give that extra edge to a woman educator in her quest to teach, protect and inspire.
